The Legislative Districts of Bataan, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Bataan in the Philippine House of Representatives. Bataan was a lone congressional district from 1907 to 1984, it was divided into two congressional districts since October 15, 1986. During the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, it was part of the representation of Region III.
