Leslie Lyness (born August 7, 1968 in Paoli, Pennsylvania) is a former field hockey midfielder from the United States, who was a member of the US women's team that finished fifth at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Her first selection came in 1990.
A graduate of The Baldwin School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lyness earned a bronze medal at the 1994 World Hockey Cup (Dublin) and competed in an additional World Hockey Cup in 1990 (Sydney). She won a bronze medal with the USA at the 1991 Pan American Games and earned a Pan Am silver medal in 1995. Lyness captured a bronze medal at the 1995 Champions Trophy before concluding her career at the 1996 Olympic Games. She competed in 92 international contests in her career.
