Li Leilei (Chinese: 李雷雷) is a Chinese football player who currently plays keeper for Shandong Luneng and the China national football team.

Club career
Li Leilei started his career with August 1st Jinsui which is eventually changed its name to Bayi Football Team in 1999. He would stay with them for five seasons becoming a regular member of the team. Zhu Guanghu brought Li Leilei to Shenzhen Jianlibao where he had a successful period, winning the 2004 Chinese Super League. Li Leilei drew the interests from Shandong Luneng where he transferred to in the 2006 season. He would make an immediate impact becoming a key member of the team winning the 2006 Chinese Super League title and Chinese FA Cup[1]. He would continue his pivotal role for the club by again winning the Chinese Super League title in 2008[2].
International career
After his successful period with Shenzhen Jianlibao Li Leilei was given the chance to make his debut in 2005 by Zhu Guanghu[3]. During this period he was playing understudy to Liu Yunfei until the sudden retirement of Liu Yunfei in 2006 established Li Leilei as first choice goalkeeper in the run up to the 2007 AFC Asian Cup[4]. Within the tournament Li Leilei would play the first two group games before injury ruled him out for the final group game[5].
Trivia
His father is the ex-Beijing Guo'an goalkeeping coach Li Songhai.
