Ligue Européenne de Natation or LEN (trans: European Swimming League) is the European governing body for aquatic sports affiliated to FINA—it is the Continental Association for Europe. It was founded in 1926 in Budapest, Hungary.

LEN comprises the 50 national swimming federations in Europe, and including Israel. Their administrative headquarters are in Rome, Italy. The running of LEN is overseen by an elected Bureau (board) composed of Members representing 13 different Federations. LEN oversees aquatic sports in Europe: diving, swimming, open water swimming, synchronized swimming and water polo.
