Linton Johnson III (born June 13 1980 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American professional basketball player currently with the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets of the National Basketball Association.
After a college career at Tulane University, he began his professional career as an undrafted free agent playing 41 games including 20 starts for the Chicago Bulls. He also played for the San Antonio Spurs, and New Jersey Nets. He is known as a tough defender, aggressive rebounder and an impressive athlete but he lacks offensive intensity. [1]
He is the nephew of former NBA player Mickey Johnson.[2]
