Audrey and Walter are getting married; while Josh is happy, Drake is bummed. Drake learns that Josh is Miss Nancy, the advice columnist for the school newspaper, and uses this to get a date with Tiffany Margolis, angering her boyfriend, who challenges Josh to a fight.

Drake and Josh receive a broken-down dune buggy from a friend and fix it up, but are forbidden by their parents to drive it. Drake disobeys them and drives it anyway, injuring himself when he crashes it but keeping his injuries a secret to stay out of trouble. Josh finds out when he gets a call from the emergency room and convinces Drake to come clean. When they turn on the car's radio, the song Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous by Good Charlotte can be heard.

Megan films sheepish shots of Drake and Josh while Susan, Drake's current girlfriend, flirts with Josh. When she kisses him, Drake comes in and she makes him think Josh is the one hitting on her. As a prank, Megan films this and puts this, along with a bunch of other embarrassing shots, into Drake's music video project, which unknowingly helps Drake and Josh by exposing Susan as the two-timer that she is.

Josh tells Walter that he and Drake will babysit the boss's son so that Walter can get a promotion, much to Drake's dismay. The baby disappears and Josh panics while Drake leaves to play in a concert. However, underlying loyalty compels Drake to return and help Josh find the baby before Walter and his boss return.

When Audrey, Walter and Megan leave the house for the weekend, Josh's grandmother comes to babysit. Grammy makes a deal with Drake- if he beats her at a basketball game, he can go with his friends, but not to a concert. He wins, but once there, finds out the tickets his friends made are frauds, and Grammy has to pay a $200 fine. After losing another basketball game against Grammy, Drake is forced to explain about the concert to his parents, but Grammy stops him, seeing as he paid back the $200 and was willing to tell them, instead explaining that she beat Drake at basketball.

Drake wins tickets to his favorite band's concert, Zero Gravity, and he also gets an autographed Cherry Red Fender Stratocaster signed by the lead guitarist, Devin Malone. Josh plugs it into Drake's bad amplifier to show Megan how an electric guitar works, and the guitar explodes. Josh tries to buy a new one and get it autographed before Drake finds out. Meanwhile, Walter struggles to bond with Drake.

Josh gets a job at The Premiere for making "Crazy" Steve (Jerry Trainor) quit after complaining about his wobbly drink holder but Helen soon forgets Josh's job. Drake soon starts working there, too. However, Drake seems to be stealing Josh's limelight as a good employee, despite being as lazy as usual. Drake was being adored by the boss, Helen, and that leads her promoting Drake to assistant manager.

Drake says Josh is uncool after Josh humiliates a cheerleader (Leah Pipes) and makes him try out for the school football team to become popular. Josh becomes the equipment manager, but will have to play in the state finals after his brownies, poisoned by Megan, makes all of the players sick.

Drake discovers Josh is amazing at pool. He takes advantage of this and uses him to hustle several people. Josh finds out and makes a plan to teach Drake a lesson on hustling. Meanwhile, Walter tries to find a gift for Audrey's birthday.

Drake joins the academic team at school to impress a girl he likes. He competes in the academic bowl while Josh feeds him info through a radio, but then Josh's radio gets overridden with a burger joint broadcast causing Drake's team to lose points.

The Premiere is holding a Hollywood premiere starring Ashley Blake, a fictional child actress. Drake and Josh are forced to become her personal assistants. When she gets knocked out, due to an accident involving a bucket and a door, they have to bring her to The Premiere without making it look like she's unconscious.

Drake fails to get his driver's license while Josh obtains it, though Walter swears he will confiscate their license if either of them get tickets after he forces them to take a pre-test. Josh obtains a traffic ticket the day he gets his driver's license and Drake pays for the ticket. Drake holds this over Josh's head and makes Josh drive him everywhere, causing a fight.

First appearance of Gavin.

A girl, Wendy, from Megan's campfire troop has a crush on Drake. She begins to follow him and will not leave Drake alone. Josh becomes manager of the Campfire Kids. Guest Star: Alyson Stoner as Wendy

Drake wants to break up with his girlfriend, Kelly, because she laughs at everything in a weird way, but can't because her mother turns out to be Mrs. Hayfer, who threatens him with summer school if he dumps her. Josh gets an ugly shirt, which he claims to be good luck.

Drake and Josh get into selling grills and are making a lot of money until they find out that the grills were stolen by Buddy and Guy, two wanted criminals notorious for robberies.

Drake is falsely accused of pulling a prank on Mrs. Hayfer and she suspends him for it. Josh decides to defend Drake in front of the honor council to prove his brother's innocence, but his opposition is his archenemy Mindy Crenshaw. First Appearance of Mindy Crenshaw.

Audrey and Walter leave the house to go to Los Angeles for Spring Break, leaving Drake and Josh in charge of Megan. After Drake blows all the $200 for food and emergencies only on gum and toys, they overhear that a wife and husband don't have a place to stay, so Drake decides to turn the house into a Bed and Breakfast hotel to make more money. Though Josh disagrees, he goes along with it because they need more money. Megan also goes along with it, but only if she is treated like a hotel guest. But things take a turn for the worse when Drake registers a bunch of college kids in. There is only one person that's fed up and can help Drake and Josh - and that's Megan.

Mindy Crenshaw returns from the mental institution and, once again, beats Josh in the science fair. With advice from Megan, Josh attempts to ignore her, but unfortunately, Mindy picks him as her partner for her project, where they eventually realize they have feelings for one another and begin to date. However, Josh is too worried to tell Drake about the relationship after having a nightmare that his head explodes when he tells him, causing Mindy to dump Josh. When Drake finally finds out, he tries to get the couple back together.

Drake fears that he made the wrong decision when he breaks up with Tori, his recent girlfriend. When he wants to win her love back again, Drake finds out Tori is already seeing other guys, so he goes on a date with another girl, Eliza, to make Tori jealous. Josh grows a mustache which keeps him from Mindy, because she wants him to get rid of the mustache.

Drake and Josh must assist Helen after an eye surgery leaves her temporarily blind. But after finding out that her apartment has a hot tub, plasma screen TV, and other jazzy items, Drake takes advantage of her blindness and throws a party at her condo. Meanwhile, Megan pitches an idea that could improve theater snacks.

Josh is in the hospital with a broken foot from dropping a weight on it. Drake gets romantic attention from nurses and much more trouble than he expected when he dresses up as a doctor and is mistaken for a visiting boy genius surgeon.

Drake and Josh are in a big fight over a foam finger that they both wanted when they were 8, but Drake thinks that Josh started the fight and Josh thinks that Drake started the fight.

Drake wants to break up with Lucy, after finding out that she is tougher than he is, but instead, Drake challenges the tomboy to a fight to prove that he's tougher than she is. Meanwhile, Josh tries to impress Mindy's parents so he can continue to date her.

Josh becomes Megan's teacher and highly challenges the classmates with college-level chemistry, even failing them on pop quizzes they never studied for. Because of this, Megan becomes hated by her classmates. Drake finds an amazing kid drummer and wants him to play for the band on Friday while his usual drummer is on leave, but he isn't allowed to play after he fails one of Josh's pop quizzes. Now Megan and Drake must make Josh get fired.

To keep from being sent to Remedial English, Drake agrees to mentor a little kid named Sammy. Unfortunately, this little kid wants nothing to do with Drake and prefers Josh, putting Drake up a creek without a paddle. To save himself from the horrors of Remedial English, Drake does everything he can to prove to Mrs. Hayfer that he can be a better "big brother" to Sammy than Josh is. He succeeds, but Drake then realizes that he can't take Sammy away from Josh. So, he pretends to be sick so Sammy and Josh can go to a magic show. Drake then gets sent back to Remedial English but is rescued by Josh for giving Sammy back to him. Guest Stars: Vanessa Hudgens as Becca, Jordan Wright as Sammy, Julia Duffy as Mrs. Hayfer & Jerry Lacy as Mr. Hayfer.

Josh re-enacts a criminal called the Theater Thug on FBI's Most Wanted at the Premiere, but ends up being mistaken for the real Theater Thug and gets arrested several times, leading to a bigger surprise for him when the real Theater Thug shows up at the Premiere.

After Drake and Josh keep Megan up all night with their fighting, she gives them two tickets to the 'Dr. Phyllis Show' where they reminisce about prior episodes of them fighting. Then it shows Dr. Phyllis bickering to Drake and Josh because Drake made fun of her daughter "Hot" Liza, who he previously used to make Tori jealous. Drake and Josh later find out that Dr. Phyllis was only trying to extract the bad times between them, so they reminisce the good times between them. Guest Star:Gabrielle Carteris as Dr. Phyllis

Drake forgets that it is Josh's birthday. Realizing his mistake, Drake gets tickets for Josh to see Oprah Winfrey, Josh's idol, and a back stage pass. However, Josh exaggerates about parking near the entrance to prevent sweating and Drake causes Josh to run into Oprah. They then try to visit her in the hospital, but fail to pass through two security guards. Megan tries to take care of Toby, Janie's virtual pet.

Josh volunteers to watch over Mrs. Hayfer's house while she's away, and Drake tags along. However, she never mentioned that she had vicious and dangerous rottweiler named Tiberius, who chases them into the bathroom where they hide for most of the night.

Drake and Josh are asked to deliver a cake to their hated Aunt Catherine's wedding, in hope that the family can get her beach house when she dies. But after Drake gives Craig and Eric Josh's laptop case with Josh's cell phone and the car keys, they use Trevor's broken car to try and get to the weding on time. But, as usual, bad things happen.

Mindy and Josh are working on a project for the Science Fair, but they realise that because of their different views, they each decide to make a photon cannon, but Josh goes crazy when Mindy tells him she loves him shortly after. After telling Mindy he wasn't sure of his feelings towards her, he finds out from Drake that Mindy may have only said that to distract him from beating her in the Science Fair. Megan seeks revenge on Drake after he eats her big cookie. She discovers a disease that turns the hands and feet a sickly greenish color, and she dyes Drake's hands and feet green to make him believe he has the disease, making him stick his hands and feet into lizard urine, in an attempt to cure the disease.

Now that Mindy and Josh are not dating anymore, Drake and Josh make a bet to see who can score more dates. The bet seems to go smoothly until Drake falls in love with Carly, an employee at a music store. Josh is on a roll with the help of Audrey with scoring dates, but after Carly overhears Drake arguing with Josh about the bet, she becomes angry. Now Drake must show her he can be honest to get back together with her.

Josh's idol, Henry Doheny (parody of Harry Houdini), appears at the Premiere and uses Drake and Josh as his personal helpers. Then, Mr. Doheny moves in with Drake & Josh, causing annoyance. When Josh figures out that nobody hires him anymore, Drake and Josh decide to get him recognized again.

Due to Walter's bad weather predictions, Drake's long-awaited hopes of opening up for The Sparks are crushed when a storm approaches, stranding him and his friends and family in his house. To make matters worse for him, he desperately attempts to keep his current girlfriend, Carly, from meeting his ex-girlfriends, but when the three meet, he suddenly becomes paranoid about it and wants to know what they are talking about. Meanwhile, Craig has to crank a television for "Crazy" Steve so he can watch Dora the Explorer and Walter must do a live broadcast during the bad storm. Notes:

Drake throws a Christmas party on the roof of the Premiere, but when a groups of teens trash the place, Josh is arrested and put in jail. At night, Drake breaks into prison, after he promises to provide a little girl and her foster-family the 'Best Christmas Ever'. But when he's caught, both Drake & Josh are threatened to prison for life, if they don't keep the promise. However, another officer of the law, Perry Gilbert, tries to mess up their chances of giving them the 'Best Christmas Ever', and so they turn to his Mother, who provides them with enough information to stop his evil ways. When Officer Gilbert tricks "Crazy" Steve into telling the foster-family about everything, they leave Drake & Josh at the festival. At the end of the TV Movie, they all have a happy Christmas holiday after "Crazy" Steve makes snow by shredding cheese in a woodchipper. This TV movie ends the Drake and Josh series.
