• Thai Nation Development Party (Phak Chart Thai Pattana) (founded in 2008 by former members of the CTP), (Occupies 29 out of 480 seats in the House of Representatives of Thailand (ca. 6%))

• Neutral Democratic Party (Phak Matchima) – founded in 2006, dissolved by the Constitutional Court of Thailand on December 2, 2008, for violating electoral laws
