Johannes Brahms

• Johannes Brahms (1833–1897), great German composer, one of the leading musicians of the Romantic period, famous for his working under onus of being compared to Beethoven. His most influential works include the four symphonies, Violin Concerto in D major, two piano concertos, and Double Concerto for Violin and Cello in A minor, aside from his other orchestral works and numerous chamber music pieces and songs.
