This is a list of states and union territories of India by voters polled in the fifteen Lok Sabha elections from 1951 to 2009 based of data released by the by the Election Commission of India. In the 2009 elections the electorate was estimated to be 714 million voters, out of whom 415 million caste a vote.[1][2]
