Little Brington is a village in Brington civil parish, in the Daventry district of Northamptonshire, England.
Little Brington church is notable for having a spire but no nave. There is no recognised reason why the nave is missing, the main theories are that due to poor build quality it was destroyed in a heavy storm, or that in a time of particular hardship it was destroyed for the stone. The spire, at grid reference SP663634, is used as a landmark due to its unusual structure.
The Macmillan Way long distance footpath passes through Little Brington.
