Review

Liveandirect is by no means the worst rave crossover LP released during the late '80s and early '90s, but it has dated just as badly as its contemporaries. Though Adamski's pop singles "N-R-G" and "Killer" still have an inkling of the freshness they must have possessed back in 1989, other album tracks (like "Magik Sound" and "Rap You Into Sound") display little sense of how full-lengths are supposed to flow. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
