Plot

The "athletically challenged" Gordo (Adam Lamberg) is nervous about going bowling with Lizzie (Hilary Duff), Miranda, (Lalaine) and Ethan (Clayton Snyder). To build Gordo's confidence, Miranda offers to be Gordo's "life coach." At the same time, Lizzie may not be able to keep her bowling date with handsome Ethan thanks to (of all people!) her dad, Sam (Robert Carradine).
