(b Bezhan, Kolonj?, 27 Dec 1906; d Tiran?, 26 Feb 1983). Albanian sculptor. He inherited the family tradition of stone carving and spent his early youth at his father's atelier in Kor?? making sculptures on commission for civil or religious buildings. He then studied at a private school of applied arts in Athens (1929-31), the School of Drawing in Tiran? (1932-6) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Athens (1942).
