Review
A former accompanist to Robyn Hitchcock, singer-songwriter Tim Keegan sounds caught mid-Atlantic, somewhere between Britpop and Americana. Fans of mid-'80s-style jangle-rock will find "Simple Man" irresistible, while "Save Me From Happiness" reaches toward psychedelia (with a little pedal steel) and comes up sounding not unlike pal Hitchcock. This is a collection of his U.K. singles and includes a three-track bonus CD from Keegan's days with his former group Homer. ~ Denise Sullivan, All Music GuideTracks
