"Long Hard Road Out of Hell" is a single by Marilyn Manson.

The song is featured on the Spawn movie soundtrack, where it is credited to both Marilyn Manson and the Sneaker Pimps. The song was also used for theatrical trailer of Bless the Child and From Hell.

The music video, directed by Matthew Rolston, is an Easter Egg on the Spawn Director's Cut DVD[1] and is also played in VHS versions before the film itself starts.

Music video

Manson can be seen naked, or alternatively dressed very feminine and posing like statues of saints and imitating the Virgin Mary. He also has an erotic encounter with an androgynous woman who in the climax of the video abruptly becomes a deformed man.
