Lou Rell is the First Gentleman of Connecticut. He became First Gentleman on July 1, 2004, when his wife, Lieutenant Governor M. Jodi Rell, succeeded to the governorship upon the resignation of Governor John G. Rowland.
Rell served as a commercial airline pilot for many years.
