Biography

French lighting director Louis Page worked on several distinguished films from the late '30s to the early '40s that were noted for their stark, realistic cinematography. Originally a painter from Lyons, Page started his film career assisting filmmaker Jean Cocteau on Blood of a Poet (1930).
