Biography

Chicago-born vocalist Louis Price has made some above average soul singles that haven't gotten sufficient distribution and exposure to yield him any hits. Price started singing after he moved to Los Angeles and was actually discovered by legendary Motown founder Berry Gordy. Price eventually appeared on the Motown 30th Anniversary television show and later signed with the company as a solo artist. His 1991 debut, Louis Price, had some impressively performed ballads, but fizzled. ~ Ron Wynn, Rovi
