Love & Happiness, a two-disc compilation from Unidisc, is a strong and in-depth summation of First Choice's pre-Salsoul career, covering what the group accomplished before the age of "Let No Man Put Asunder" and "Dr. Love." "Armed and Extremely Dangerous," "Newsy Neighbors," "Love Freeze," "The Player," "Smarty Pants," and all of the other charting singles are included, along with some choice album cuts.
