BMG Special Products' The Encore Collection: Love Out Loud is a good sampling of Earl Thomas Conley's smooth country-pop hits. With only a handful of exceptions, everything on the budget-priced collection was a Top Ten country hit, including "Silent Treatment," "Holding Her and Loving You," "What She Is (Is a Woman in Love)," "Once in a Blue Moon" and the title track.
