Luciano Castellini (born 12 December 1945) is a retired Italian football goalkeeper.
Castellini was born in Milan. He was in the Italy national football team squad in the 1974 FIFA World Cup. He earned the only cap in his career in 1977.
During his club career he played for A.C. Monza Brianza 1912 (1965-70), Torino F.C. (1970-78) and S.S.C. Napoli (1978-85).
In 1997 he coached FC Internazionale for the last two Serie A matches, after the dismissal of Roy Hodgson.
