Lucida Grande is a humanist sans-serif typeface included with the Mac OS X operating system. It is a member of the Lucida family of typefaces designed by Charles Bigelow and Kris Holmes. It is currently used throughout the Mac OS X user interface, as well as in Safari on Windows (versions up to 3.x.x).

Like the similar Microsoft Windows font Lucida Sans Unicode, it supports the most commonly used characters defined in version 2.0 of the Unicode standard.
