Lutheran South Academy is a private Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade Lutheran school in Houston, Texas, United States.

History

Lutheran High School opened at 6901 Woodridge, Houston in 1949. In 1982 two new campuses split from the former campus; one, Lutheran High School South, opened at 7703 South Loop East, near the intersection of 610 Loop and Interstate 45 (the other was Lutheran High School North). In 1998 the Lutheran school to the south moved to 12555 Ryewater, close to Interstate 45, and became Lutheran South Academy as the school gained middle school and elementary school levels.[1]

Composition

The campus includes a Lower School (PreK-5), a Middle School (6-8), and a High School (9-12).

School uniforms

Students are required to wear school uniforms. Parker Uniforms is the provider.[2]
