The Lynchburg (Amtrak station) is located at 825 Kemper Street in Lynchburg, Virginia. It is served by Amtrak's Crescent passenger route and two daily Northeast Regional trains along a major Norfolk Southern line. Greyhound Lines also supplies intercity bus service at this station.
Northeast Regional service to Lynchburg began in October of 2009. Trains on this route terminate at this station and storage facilities for them have been constructed.[1]
