M-52 is a north-south state trunkline highway in the U.S. state of Michigan. The southern terminus is on the Ohio border, where it continues as State Route 109. The northern terminus is at M-46 nine miles (14 km) west of Saginaw. The total length is 128.2 miles (206.32 km).

Route description
M-52 goes through the following communities: Adrian, Manchester, Chelsea, Stockbridge, Perry, Owosso, and Saint Charles.
In northern Lenawee County, M-52 crosses U.S. 12 about 15 miles (24 km) east of the Irish Hills area and the Michigan International Speedway. North of Interstate 94 in Washtenaw County, M-52 passes between Waterloo State Recreation Area and
M-52 is a two-lane limited-access highway between M-50 and the intersection of Austin Rd., near Manchester designed so that it could be upgraded to a freeway.
History
- M-52 from I-96 to M-46 was originally part of M-47 until 1969.
- Until 1962, M-52 from Clinton to M-36 was designated as M-92.
