M&C Saatchi

M&C Saatchi is an advertising agency formed in January 1995 by brothers Maurice Saatchi and Charles Saatchi after they were ousted from their own advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi.

Following M&C's launch in 1995, Adweek referred to the company as ‘The fastest growing start-up in the history of advertising’.^{[citation needed]}

The agency has won numerous awards for its creative work.^{[citation needed]}

M&C Saatchi remained an independent business until 2004, when its founders floated 49% of the agency on the Alternative Investment Market, a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange.^{[citation needed]} At that time the agency's network spanned 11 countries including the UK, United States, Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. The London listing provided the additional capital required to expand M&C's offering across Europe and Asia, as well as boosting its presence in the US.^{[citation needed]}

As of September 2008 the network has offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Manama, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Wellington and Los Angeles. The Group also owns the UK based businesses Walker Media (a media buying agency) and Clear Ideas (a strategic brand consultancy).

In 2005 Graham Fink was made Executive Creative Director^[1] of M&C Saatchi London.
