Mímameiðr (Old Norse "Mimi's tree"[1]) is a tree in Norse mythology, attested only in stanza 20 and 24 of the Poetic Edda poem Fjölsvinnsmál. Mímameiðr may be another name for the world tree Yggdrasil, and connections have also been proposed between the tree and the forest Hoddmímis holt, where Líf and Lífthrasir will take refuge during Ragnarök.
