Mabini is a 2nd class municipality in the Province of Batangas, Philippines. It is located on the Calumpang Peninisula between Batangas Bay to the east and Balayan Bay to the west. According to the latest census, Mabini has a population of 40,629 people in 7,025 households. It is named after Apolinario Mabini, a Filipino revolutionary hero.
Mabini is known for its diving and snorkeling sites.

Tourist attractions
Anilao
Anilao is popular with budget divers and snorkelers. There are several diving centers where trips can be arranged to diving spots in Balayan Bay near Cape Bagalangit and near Sombrero and Maricaban Islands. Snorkeling is available off Maricaban's Cemetery Beach, Red Palm Beach, and around Sepok Point. Although the beach at Anilao is not recommended for swimming, thatched bamboo rafts can be rented with tables and benches at the Anilao Beach Resort and other resorts. This one of the beaches named SM Anilao Beach, Sea Mountain Beach Resort. Another notable beach in Anilao is named Lorenzomyhero owned solely by a man named Lorenzo, Reyes Jr. with a capital of Php50M but is widely known locally as a venue for child prostitution.
Mabini Shrine
The Shrine houses the remains and personal belongings of the revolutionary hero and "Brains of the Philippine Revolution," Apolinario Mabini. Mabini is known as the "Sublime Paralytic" who, despite his physical handicap, fired nationalism in the Filipinos and urged them to unite, with the sheer power of his writings. He wrote fiery articles against Spanish atrocities in revolutionary papers. His wrtings and memorabilia are kept here. His tomb lies at the middle of the site where a replica of the house where he was born also stands. Note that the original Mabini Shrine is located at Brgy. Talaga, City of Tanauan, Batangas.
Mainaga
During the spanish time, they called the place as "may narra". As time goes by the name has changed to MAINAGA. This is a site for some companies like Suntrak Corp., CKU Steel Corp.,PNOC and Petron, with some shops like Chechu Mart, PRAB Foodhaus,and Mainaga Multipurpose cooperative mart, catering grocery items.
