Madeleine de Puisieux (Paris, 1720–1798) was a French writer and feminist.
Madeleine de Puisieux debuted as a writer in 1745 and sometimes collaborated with Diderot. In 1750, she published La Femme n’est pas inférieure à l'homme ("Woman is not inferior to man"). She was married to Philippe-Florent de Puisieux (1713–1772), lawyer at the Paris parliament and the French ambassador to Switzerland. She was given a stately pension in 1795.
