Two of Ludwig Bemelman's classic stories about the little Frencg schoolgirl Madeline come to life in this animated collection. In Madeline And The Dog Show, Madeline (voice of Andrea Libman) decides to enter her beloved pooch Genevieve into a dog show; how will the good-natured mutt stand up against some of the city's finest pure-bred hounds? Madeline meets Genevieve for the first time in Madeline's Rescue. After Madeline falls into the river, a friendly stray dog saves her life, and the schoolgirl wants to return the favor by giving the dog.
