The Mafia and the Camorra are two separate criminal organizations. Maybe the Mafia is a bit more stable- keeping the Feud in Feudalism. they both have territory marked up, divided, etc. Camorra specializes more in violent crime rather than revenue from illicit gambling and tax evasion. Look out for the House of the White Elephant! You know who I mean.

Probably the best known is the Sicilian mafia, the cosa nostra but there are similar organisations on the mainland, such as the camorra in Naples and the 'ndrangheta in Calabria.
