Magmatic

Describes changes in the rocks or minerals that form as a result of magma movements. Mmagmatic segregations are mineral deposits created directly as a result of the separation of one part of a mass of molten rock in one spot. Some iron deposits are thought to have formed in this way, by a separation and concentration of magnetite crystals from a mass of magma.
