A nice record from J-Treds both songs are slow and mellow, which isn't the kinds of beats some people are accustomed to hear J-Treds rapping over. After his appearances on songs like "Collude/Intrude" "The Fire in Which You Burn" and "Weight." "Make it Happen" has a nice beat that features some good piano sounds. "Praise Due" doesn't have as good as a beat as "Make it Happen," but its still a solid song. ~ Dan Gizzi, All Music Guide
