Malcolm Allen (born May 30, 1953) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to represent the electoral district of Welland in the 2008 Canadian federal election. He is a member of the New Democratic Party. He was briefly the deputy mayor of Pelham, Ontario before being elected. He was a member of the Pelham Town Council from 2003 to 2008.
He holds an undergraduate degree in history and political science from Brock University.[1]
