Maloney Act

 

Legislation, also called the Maloney Amendment, enacted in 1938 to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by adding Section 15A, which provides for the regulation of the Over-The-Counter market (OTC) through national securities associations registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
