MapFrame designs software that allows the user to combine geographic information with attribute data that is pertinent to a specific location. MapFrame's FieldSmart program allows easy viewing of a company's facilities and operations by placing them with a GIS- and CAD-based map. The mobile mapping and field automation software runs in Windows environments on any number of hardware platforms, accepting data from programs developed by Autodesk, ESRI, and Intergraph, among other sources. MapFrame was founded in 1991.
