Margaret Talmadge, (1870 - 1933), was the mother of actresses Constance Talmadge, Norma Talmadge, and Natalie Talmadge, all famous silent screen performers. A celebrated stage mother, Margaret Talmadge (nicknamed 'Peg') is known to have appeared in only one film, A Girl of the Timber Claims (1917), which starred her daughter Constance and was directed by Paul Powell.
