Margarita (Doña Margarita Gómez-Acebo y Cejuela), born on January 6, 1935 in Madrid, Spain, is the consort of Tsar Simeon II of Bulgaria, the deposed last King of Bulgaria, whom he married after his loss of throne. As such, she is also sometimes styled Tsaritsa Margarita and treated sometimes as if being a queen consort. During her husband's tenure as Prime Minister of Bulgaria, she was sometimes referred as Mrs Margarita Sakskoburggotska.

She is daughter of Manuel Gómez-Acebo y Modet and Mercedes Cejuela y Fernández. Her parents were executed by the Spanish Loyalists in 1936 at the outset of the Spanish Civil War. On January 21, 1962, she married Simeon II of Bulgaria, the deposed tsar of Bulgaria. Margarita is a cousin of Luis Gomez-Acebo, viscount de la Torre, the husband of Doña Pilar, Infanta of Spain and Duchess of Badajoz.
