Marina 101 is a supertall skyscraper 412 m (1,352 ft) tall with 101 floors under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The skyscraper will have 324 hotel rooms and 516 residential units. The building was designed by National Engineering Bureau. Construction, by Turkish conglomerate TAV Construction, is scheduled to be complete in 2012.[2] Upon completion Marina 101 will become the third tallest residential building in the world behind Princess Tower and Pentominium, and third tallest building in Dubai after Princess tower and Burj Khalifa.
As of February, 2011 the outer structure of Marina 101 has been completed while the cladding was in progress, however as of April, 2011 the construction has been stopped.[3] In May 2011, construction has been resumed.
