Mark Parisi (born 1961) is the creator of Off The Mark, a comic panel which began in 1987 and now appears in 100 newspapers, in addition to greeting cards, magazines, T-shirts and more. Off The Mark is distributed daily by United Media.

Mark has a graphic design degree from Salem State College. His work is influenced by Charles Schulz, MAD Magazine and Gary Larson.

Mark Parisi won the award for "Best Newspaper Panel" for Off The Mark from the National Cartoonists Society in 2009. He was also nominated in 2004 and 2006.
