Mark Tulin (November 21, 1948) is the bassist with The Electric Prunes. They had hit singles with "I Had Too Much To Dream Last Night" and "Get Me To The World on Time". He is serving as the bassist for Billy Corgan's band Spirits in the Sky, which convened for a memorial of Seeds singer Sky Saxon, and went on to tour California in August 2009, playing Corgan's new Smashing Pumpkins songs and a host of covers. In September 2009, Tulin began to record bass for the new Smashing Pumpkins album Teargarden by Kaleidyscope.
