Treitzsauerwein von Ehrentreitz, Marx (nr. Innsbruck, c.1450-1527, Wiener Neustadt), a commoner by birth, became the confidential secretary of the Emperor Maximilian I and assisted Melchior Pfinzing in the composition of Teuerdank and Weißkunig.
