Christopher Todd Massey (born November 21, 1979 in Chesapeake, West Virginia) is an American football fullback who exclusively plays long snapper for the St.Louis Rams of the National Football League. He attended Marshall University.
High School Years
Massey attended East Bank High School in East Bank, West Virginia and earned four varsity letters in football and three in baseball. In football, he was a three time All-Conference pick, a two-time All-County and All-State honoree, helped lead his team to the West Virginia State Championship, and finished his senior season with 1017 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns on offense, and 167 tackles on defense. In baseball, he was a three-time All-Conference honoree and was an All-State honoree as a senior.
College Years
Massey attended Marshall University and was a four-year starter at long snapper. He never missed a snap during his college career and added 12 tackles on coverage units, and 19 more as a senior linebacker.
