Mauro Bellugi (born 7 February 1950 in Buonconvento) is a former Italian footballer.
During his career he played for Inter Milan (1969-74), Bologna F.C. (1974-79), S.S.C. Napoli (1979-80) and A.C. Pistoiese (1980-81). He also played 34 matches for the Italy national football team from 1972 to 1979. He participated in two World Cups (1974 and 1978) and was an unused player in the 1980 UEFA European Football Championship.
