Maxwell Lander ("Maxie") Parks (born July 9, 1951) is a former American athlete from Fresno, California, winner of a gold medal in 4x400 m Men's relay at the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games. In the late 1970s he competed for the UCLA for several years.
Today he is a member of the NCAA indoor meet organisation committee.
