Plot

Scott Bakula and Leon star in this mystery thriller. An African-American baseball player is having a hot season and threatens to break Joe DiMaggio's batting record. However, one baseball fan isn't so thrilled -- a psychotic racist who has been murdering young black boys and sending their severed thumbs to the slugger, warning him not to break the record of "Joltin' Joe."
