Refers to a player/ dealer who cheats by manipulating the deck in such a way as to gain advantage over opponents.
SoundPoker Says: A mechanic can mark the cards so they know other players hands, use false deals such as dealing from the bottom or middle of the deck (as opposed to the top which is customary), use false shuffles so the cards are dealt in a predetermined order, or any other variety of cheating.
