Meg Wynn Owen (born 1939) is a Welsh actress, who is best known for her role as Hazel Bellamy, née Forrest, in the television series Upstairs, Downstairs.
Recently she appeared in the films Gosford Park, Love Actually, Pride & Prejudice and Irina Palm.
She also worked with Nicola Pagett (who also was in Upstairs, Downstairs) in A Woman of Substance.
