Meher Ramesh is a film writer and director. He is the cousin of actor chiranjeevi. He also acted in a cameo role with Mahesh Babu in a Telugu Movie named "Bobby" in 2002. he marked his entry into the telugu film industry with the Jr._NTR starrer Kantri produced by C._Ashwini_Dutt under vaijayanthi movies banner which proved to be an average flick with awards though it gained success commercially. he later collaborated with actor Prabhas_Raju_Uppalapati and remade Billa (2009 film) in telugu which failed at the box office and remained as stylish attempt. His latest venture starring Jr._NTR and ileana Shakti_(2011_film) failed at box office.
