A merciless ice princess is a figure of speech. Its definition is a punk, rebellious or 'cool' girl, who is venomous with her ways and personality and who doesn't care much for anyone else except a tight group of friends. Such girls usually either see no need for a boyfriend, or flirt outrageously.
